IOM Iraq’s Call Center is often the first point of contact for people seeking information, assistance or a way to share feedback. We designed a set of approachable, easy-to-understand communication materials that make essential information instantly accessible while encouraging people to reach out with confidence.

We also designed a poster for the Call Center, extending the visual language of the cards into a larger-format communication piece and making key information easy to access at a glance.
