Our story
We2 was born in 2018 from the fusion of our passion for design with the urge to make a difference in the world. Ezgi and Ross, partners in life and in business, aspired to create a company where they could be the change they wanted to see; a company to build a way of working that is ethical, intentional, and meaningful beyond themselves.
We believe in the power of information to change the world, and it’s our mission to free it from boring stereotypes. Over the years, we’ve worked across countries, sectors, and moments of real complexity, supporting organizations that operate under pressure and responsibility. Based in New York City, we work remotely with talent spanning the globe, focusing on editorial design, data visualization, and illustration.

We2 is a member of the Ethical Agency Alliance founded by Creatives for Climate. The ethical agency alliance is made up of industry frontrunners walking the talk on climate action, with the goal to raise the bar and drive industry change!
We pledged to walk the talk, use creativity as a force for good, and not to work for fossil fuel companies for a sustainable future.
