SPARC Preparedness – IOM Crisis Response Learning Pathway

SPARC (Surge Path for Adaptive Response Capacity) is a structured learning framework within IOM’s crisis response system, originally developed as a complex training architecture. In this project, we reworked an existing design into a clearer, more visual and scalable pathway, translating the structure into a system communicated through data visualization and illustrative design.

Through a design-driven approach, we emphasized clarity, hierarchy, and modular structure, turning institutional learning into a more accessible and visually coherent narrative for both internal and external audiences.
